Terry, the manager at this location is really amazing. He was very keen to help me despite he himself wasn't sure of the right location or contact number for CBP. He even called the CBP on their toll free number, and waited for an hour until they replied. He provided a chair while I was waiting for someone to attend the call. Very helpful and very much appreciated Terry :)

I have been there several times for booklets and brochures. The center is very thorough with activities for citizens as well as visitors to Detroit, MI. The staff is always friendly. I love this location. You are allowed to take all the advertisements and vacation booklets you like.

I drove a U-Haul a thousand miles from lower Alabama to meet my X wife to bring her the rest of the stuff she left behind, the meeting place was the welcome center in Detroit at the Ambassador Bridge,My X wife was over 3 hours late coming from Mississauga Ontario Canada, so I had to wait at the welcome center all that time one of your employees a Tess Miller, made sure I was comfortable and even gave me a chair to sit on gave me a cup to fill with water and even offered me a part of he lunch, I observed he intereactions with others she was extremely kind and helpful, to the point of going above and beyond, she helps make this world a better placeSincerely Frederick Spica
