I really wanted to give a good review to this company. Unfortunately, after a fair amount of back and forth I am parting ways with Detroit Maid. The first few cleanings were top notch, but that all changed once I purchased one of their BOGO deals. The very next cleaning involved no cleaning products. The cleaning after that was a no show. When I requested a refund, they promised that I would receive one in 3-5 business days. After several texts and phone calls over ten days, I learned that because it was a BOGO I am "choosing not to use the free cleanings" and will not be receiving any sort of refund. What a wonderful experience! Our home is wonderfully clean and sparkling. Danielle was a true gem and extremely professional. She walked my wife and I through every detail of her cleaning process. Detroit Maid has made a VERY loyal customer going forward. Thank you so much,
