Clients receive a thorough consultation, and Cherise doesn't mind letting you know if she is unable to fulfill your needs. The salon is comfortable, inviting, and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. Cherise is awesome, talented, and always perfectly delivers. She never keeps clients waiting, is always professional, and authentically kind. Her knowledge of hair health guides all of her decisions, and clients always leave very pleased. The service and experience is a straight 10/10. Clients appreciate the thorough consultation and the way Cherise explains each step of the process. She is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares. Cherise is absolutely amazing a true professional and educator. I’ve had my sisterlocks for 5+ years and I was looking for a change. The transformation I received was to me a complete 180.
