It’s really 0 stars they “lost” my clothes that I gave them and told me they won’t refund me and I have to buy new clothes . I bought those with my hard working money and I recommend no one comes to this place unless they want their clothes to be lost and to purchase new clothes this place is a complete dump DO NOT COME HERE

Do not take your clothes here they are horrible people and liars. Very unprofessional. I wish i could give them 0 star…. The guy was lying right in front of my face . Again don’t take your clothes here very bad service.

I picked up my daughters comforter after dropping it off yesterday. First and foremost there’s a sign that says $11.99 for comforters/spreads. The man proceeded to write $19.99 on my ticket and then when I asked why it wasn’t $11.99 he just said no. That should’ve been my que to leave right away. But my daughter needed her comforter clean. So I came back today and picked it up. Once I got it home, I could see hair and stains on it that were not there before. Never in my life will I pay $20 for someone to rip me off.
