Budco Financial provides reliable and professional warranty services. They accurately fulfill their promises, as described in their warranty agreements. We use this service to make our payments for our truck warranty. We have had this service for 11 months. The website does not allow us to pay online on a secure page in their site. Each month we have had to pay online over the telephone line, not secured. The system does not provide a reference number or a receipt. Each month, we have to call customer service to confirm the payment is made, and get a receipt. This system does not work well for a customer, it creates stress, and creates a lack of trust from our standpoint that the payments are being accepted and applied to our account correct. We ask that this system be corrected to be more customer friendly.

I was having some issues with my warranty, and Cat stepped in right away to help get things moving. She didn’t just point me in the right direction—she actually took the time to contact my service advisor and make sure everything was being handled properly.
That level of care and follow-through really made a difference for me. She kept me informed, explained things clearly, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

You can’t get rid of them. My ford consultant signed me up for their services without my consent Now they keep sending me bills that I owe after officially cancelling their services without from the start after calling them multiple times signing papers and so on Still like a thorn attached Avoid!
