Ordered hair from this company the day after Black Friday. I have not received my order or any further communication. I tried to email and DM them on IG and I got no response. It’s sad cause I wanted to support a black owned business but I work too hard for someone to play with me or my money. The seller has disabled his comments on his Instagram page because clearly he’s scamming people out of their money. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

I placed my pick-up order on August 13th, 2021 and I was told it would be 15 business days. It is now September 4th, 2021 and I have been calling and going to the shop to get no response. Whenever I call the shop’s phone number I get the dial tone and whenever I show up to the shop no one is there to answer the door. I tried to put my trust into a black owned business and I got scammed. I paid a great amount of money for the hair that I bought. Now that I am reading the reviews on google I see that many others were left disappointed with this business. I wish I would have read these unfortunate reviews sooner because I would not have invested my time into this shop....read full review

Seller IS A SCAMMER. He picks and choose what orders he want to fulfill or if will just take your money and ignore. seller deletes comments and post of many people comments just like my situation on his business page. He never sent products ordered 2 months ago and is avoiding the multiple emails and direct messages asking for updates on shipping, pick up options and of my request for a refund after over a month of waiting with no response. I’ve seen him at his shop once, 2 weeks after purchase and he said my order hadn’t arrived and he began avoiding me immediately after.
