The service is awful! They always have a bad attitude or seem like they don’t want to be there even when I call to make sure they have what I need it’s like I asked to pull the girls front tooth! I hate that for a black business. The hair is nice though.

I've been buying hair from this place since 2020 and the hair was extremely good but the last two times i've purchased closures and bundles haven't been so great! Coloring the hair is horrible and the shedding of the closures is the same horrible! I've neve had this problem before. We pay too much money for these bundles to experience this! I'm not sure you if you all have changed vendors but I used to buy hair and it would last for over two to three years! This year of buying hair hasn't been a great experience at all.

Super bothered that my hair was over 400.00 and smell like corn chips. I can't get it installed after waiting for it through the mail because it has to be washed AGAIN.... update , just washed it and everything i climbed my fingers thru it, i come out with hair.
Pray to god this is not some bad bundles. So far I'm bothered for sure
