This review is to highlight our satisfactory experience, in July of 2025, with All-Brick Design, of Clinton Township, Michigan. This Spring, an inspection revealed that the chimney needed to be rebuilt from the roofline up. Also, our fireplace needed tuck-pointing, and a lentil, over our basement window, needed to be replaced. After researching companies and obtaining estimates, we chose All-Brick Design to do the job. Their representative, Alex Trombley, was our point of contact and, he explained, in detail, all that the job entailed and helped us understand everything it encompassed. He also expertly answered the many questions we had. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He was instrumental in finding brick that matched our existing brick as ours was no longer available. After searching all of Michigan, and surrounding states, he located a close match in Colorado and arranged to have them shipped. After our approval of the brick, a date was selected to start the job. At precisely 8 am on that date, Alex and All-Brick’s crew arrived and immediately began building the needed scaffolding for the job Eddy Serratos, his son, Eddy, and their crew, worked tirelessly, until 7 pm that night, taking only a lunch break. Their attention to detail was noteworthy, and everyone was hard-working and very efficient. The clean-up and debris disposal was meticulous. Special care was taken to keep dust to a minimum. We were satisfied with the price that was quoted and, for the job that was done, by All-Brick Design. We couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and skilled group of people to complete this job for us. From Alex Trombley to Eddy Sorratos and his crew, our entire experience was problem-free. We wanted to write this honest review so that others looking to have a similar job done, can read this and then, give All-Brick Design a call.
