These guys have been taking care of my car for the past year and I’m never going to another shop again. This is the best shop I’ve ever been to or reasonable pricing and they treat you like family, especially after you’ve been here five times in a year. They always find the best value on parts. If you can beat the value and bring in the part, they’ll take it no questions asked. I’ve never been with all my car for longer than a week and that’s when they were REALLY busy & I was waiting on a part to arrive. Any other time I’m out the same day or the next day. Brought my 2017 Ford Focus to 8 Mile Auto Center for a P0301 cylinder 1 misfire. The car wouldn’t go past 20 mph, and I was told it might be a couple hours before they could look at it.
Hasan came in, asked if I’d been helped, looked at the code, and got my car checked within about 15 minutes. He clearly explained the issue, was very professional, and great with all the customers.
The repair was completed in the time promised, the car was test driven, and all codes were cleared. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend this shop.
I brought my car in for a simple oil change, and Sam helped me right away. The price was fair, and he went above and beyond by performing a free inspection. During that inspection, he discovered an issue with my water pump and pulley—something that could have failed at any time and caused serious trouble, especially in this freezing weather.
Sam took the time to explain everything clearly and got me taken care of quickly. What really surprised me was that he didn’t even charge me for the belt. That level of honesty and care is rare these days. Other shops in the area have always tried to nickel and dime me, but not here.
