24 7 Nails & Spa is a cool spot for regular nail and foot care. Some of the nail techs are amazing, professional, polite, kind, and do very clean work. Customers report that nails can look lovely and great. However, the outcome depends on which nail tech is available. There are significant concerns about cleanliness, with mentions of a dirty salon, dusty items, and floors needing cleaning. A past incident involving improperly cleaned equipment led to a nail fungus infection. They typically do free shellac, but the sanitization practices are concerning.
They gave me the new guy, he couldn't give me what I wanted. I've been going here for 2 years no problem,ended up with 4 nail fungus with the new guy. Both trumbs, both second fingers and it was bad. Had to buy several products to cure it. I love this place just train the new ppl to clean their equipment especially the brush! This happen around Easter, took 2 months to heal and get healthy.

My nails look great. However, the salon looks dirty. The floors could use a broom/mop. Many things are super dusty. Doesn't seem like they sanitize often which is scary considering the pandemic!Service: Acrylic nails
