Brought them my PS5 for am HDMI repair. Got sold a $50 upcharge to clean it. Was told 24 hours.
They did a great job on the repair. Only complain was I got charged for a cleaning and the system was still caked in dust, internally and externally. Little confused on how the cleaning works.
Other then that, 4 stars out of 5.

I thought they handled my urget request well and got my phone within the timeline that I needed. I did make an appointment Sunday and due to the weather they closed but didn't inform customers even though on the website it didn't show that they closed. I did make it out to the store and was a little upset. The other stores in the building they resided in were open so hence my frustration. Other than than that the service was great and professional.

Spencer demonstrated exceptional commitment by assisting me with the insurance claim process through my mobile carrier and Assurian. Despite the screen being non-functional, Spencer proactively helped me access maintenance mode on my device before I departed, ensuring the security of my personal data. All commitments were fulfilled with utmost professionalism and precision.
