I was referred to Alejandra by a friend and long time client of hers. I’ve had massages over the years, but this was by far the best massage I have ever gotten. As a bodybuilder, I put a lot of stress on my body so focusing on recovery and relaxation is very important to me. Alejandra asked great questions to learn more about me and my body, which I had never really experienced before. The care and interest in what I need help with and what I need to focus on in terms of muscle pains and issues was top notch.
