Many have been using Shohatee Tax Service Inc. for over 20 years, saying its experience and that they would never go elsewhere. Some wish the shop answered the phone, but the service deserves 10 stars. It did not answer the call.
They don't keep their appointments. This happens frequently. Also, regarding today's appointment, they sent a reminder but didn't inform us that they were closed. While their work is generally good, they lack commitment and customer service.
