First of all, I showed them a picture of the design I wanted, and they couldn’t do it. Second, a man named Kevin, who is the manager there, was arguing with another customer, and because he was angry, he was squeezing my hands. It was obvious he was taking his anger out on me. They must, must, and must treat customers properly. When I told him not to squeeze my hands, he yelled at me and said something in his own language that I didn’t understand. And for this terrible service, they charged me $80.

Today was my first time coming here, I was looking for something to do for my birthday, so I got my nails done. I love them so much, they're so kind. I will definitely be coming back!
