the Mutual has been by far the WORST management and maintenance we have ever had!! Y'all are horrible and you know it the saddest part is that you don't even care not only do you not listen to our complaints you do absolutely nothing to try to improve the way things are done or let alone the relationships with your tenants

horrible service took months to fix repairs and still won't clean the ducts or credit me for the money I paid out of my pocket to have the ducts and furnace decontaminated from mold forming inside them from the leak in the basement I had for months which created moisture which created mold. very poor customer service and told me I was responsible for the cleaning of the furnace and ducts. everyone call the city inspector and create an escrow account. fines and cost will make these money hungry mofos get it together... read full review
