The staff did the best they could to help everyone and treated everyone fairly we don't realize how much they go threw and have to put up with but yet they still help with what they can I apologize for any upset I made
The partial hospitalization program at MBH was very beneficial for me. I met with my psychiatrist Dr. Ramesh three times a week and she took great care to monitor my medication. I was able to make a path back towards stability with a refresher on skills and education. I felt the staff there cared for me as a person and was rooting for my success. The Recreational therapist Cathy, social worker Lisa and nurses May and Pam were exceptional care providers! I made meaningful connections with other patients. I hope i never need their services in the future, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to return for help.
I did not go to inpatient at this facility, so I can't comment on that. However, I did attend their PHP program and can say with confidence that it is amazing. From the doctors to the social workers, everyone was caring and supportive. Even the other patients in the program were monumental in healing myself. I highly recommend this program for anyone who is stuck inside their head and doesn't know where to turn. Everyone there truly wants what's best for you and they make sure you have the proper support and resources for when you're discharged. (the food is pretty good too!) Being in a group setting with people of all different ages, backgrounds and cultures really helps...read full review
