Be good be safe
Having a loved one have to go to an inpatient facility is difficult enough. But having a loved one in a facility where communication is ineffectual at best, makes a difficult situation all the worse for the loved one as well as their supporters. The staff seemed unconcerned for facilitating communication and did not return phone calls in a timely matter. While there, my loved one did not receive the type of treatment we thought would be provided. Very disappointed overall with the whole experience of having a loved one at this facility. It just goes to show that treatment of mental health in this country is not a priority.
I was admitted to Inpatient for h*micid*l-Ideation, stayed 7 days, and VIRTUALLY NO medication changes were made by my psychiatrist, Dr. Mousa.
I made one (1) treatment request, was brushed off, and immediately knew this was somewhere I would not be taken seriously. I also was discharged in disagreement with my diagnosis. The one positive star I give is for Johnathan in the kitchen. He was always a delight to look at, passing through for chow... missed connection, for sure!
He's miserable working there, give him a raise.
