Disappointing they up charge for soaking your polish off and manicure service (trimming cuticles), even if you’re getting a shellac or dip manicure- This should be included in your services
The jelly pedi was really nice!
The paint job and filing not so much. My nails were already filed and she made them into a weird shape &the paint job was terrible. Not the absolute worst but flooded my cuticles and not evenly painted on my big toe. I’m a nail technician so I’m a lil picky about who I go to &I don’t think I’ll be going back.
Overall customer service is GREAT! Nails are just “ok” mine never last. I’m getting one repaired every 3 days literally. I go here because of convenience not quality, however because the customer service is so good I will keep coming back until it’s done right. EVERYONE DESERVES A CHANCE TO MAKE THINGS BETTER!
