“Had 4 preapprovals and rocket had the highest come back, and within a few hours I had a preapproval letter in hand ready to search. I put my home in contract on 8/4, contract accepted on 8/4, Rocket notified on 8/5 I found my house and they started the paperwork process on 8/5 and I received my clear to close on 8/14 and closed on 8/17! Unbelievable! First time homebuyer no PMI insurance, conventional loan and Rocket had THE BEST program, paying 2% toward my down payment and me paying 1% down, plus my own closing cost.
