**12/23 Update: Tony took care of this issue for me. We had a miscommunication issue; Tony reached out without being asked to make sure I was taken care of and happy with the work. Great follow up from a company that cares about their customers' issues, even years later.Work done, but used my old materials and charged for new. I only discovered the old stuff because of a break in wire insulation (which is the whole reason to replace it). Owner reaffirmed that new materials were used, therefore can't be trusted.
