They’re pretty chill. At first they didn’t have the battery for my phone but the next day they had it, and installed it quickly, within 3 hours. There’s no sign of my phone being worked on whatsoever and it still looks brand new. I had to toss my glass screen protector because they had to remove it, but that was no big deal. There was a billing issue at first, but I believe it was Apple’s system giving them incorrect info. Anyway, that was resolved and I ended up paying $0.00 for a new battery in my iPhone. I can’t complain.
Today my husband was having a computer crisis, he typed his fathers complete obituary out, and it disappeared. He was able to be seen very quickly by the staff specifically technician Zac, who was very thorough, professional and patient. Under these circumstances this was very touching to receive work so quick and diligent. The documents were retrieved, Thank you Zac! hope you get a raise!
