“Owner marked up my work pants for another tailor to shorten. Always friendly and courteous. Occasional mishaps happen with some garments in all clothing establishments, but it is the relationship that they will work it out that puts you over. I've had, at other dry cleaners untoward comments about my clothes and moved up pick up dates. Nothing like that here. They are very busy M-F for tailoring and they do great work!
