I have had very good quality manicures and pedicures done here. They tend to last a long time, although that does vary from one nail technician to another, as their styles and techniques do differ, as do their speeds and how they work, in addition to personalities and communication. Some days staff has been extremely friendly and engaged, and on one or two instances the staff was deeply engaged in a (foreign language, but intonation and body language speak volumes; plus some people do pick up a few words here and there) gossip session that may or may not have involved present company. When they remember to put my name on their schedule, the service is just okay. However I’ve been inconvenienced several times by them due to them answering my phone call, asking when and what time I want to make the appointment and showing up just to find out that my name isn’t in their book whatsoever. Not mention nobody is even available to take me as a walk up. There needs to be a better way to schedule appointments because I will not continue to be inconvenienced anymore. Also to add insult to injury I live in Romulus so and their shop is out the way for me. They’ve just lost a loyal customer of 4 years.

Karen takes so much pride in doing my manicures and pedicures. This is the best my nails have ever looked and I have gone to high end salon/spas. Prices are within the range you would expect. I have a standing appointment and recommend clients make an appointment. It can get extremely busy in there during the spring and summer months. Very clean salon.
