Nu Nails

I had acrylic nails removed, a pedicure and a manicure. They did an amazing job on my services and I thank them immensely for the time they took with me. However, I am completely disappointed with the state of my manicure after 4 days. I got my nails done on Saturday. It’s Wednesday and they’re already chipping, plus 1 has broken after the polish chipped. Had I known this would be the gel polish experience after paying $112+ a $20 tip, I would’ve asked for a different service. I also didn’t appreciate the size of my feet being discussed amongst the 2 women because they thought I didn’t understand them. Won’t be back

Went in for pedicure, decided to give them a try because I have been having bad luck when it comes to nail shops in my area due to bad customer service experiences. So when I walked in I asked about their prices (none were visible), one of the ladies handed me a price list which seemed to be pretty straight forward (so I thought). I was ok with the prices listed. The guy doing my pedicure did not do a great job, 1). he did not scrape the dead skin off of my feet, 2). He did not use any oil on my cuticles, and 3). he did not massage my feet/ or legs. Love my nails being done there. Great staff. Even brought my mother-in-law today. Professional, courteous, and nice staff. Well worth the visit, especially Tom who always does a great job with my nails. Thank you always!
