10000/10 customer service experience! I was in such a pinch for an event, needed my skirt but my zipper broke!!! I came in first thing in the morning expecting to be turned away but the wonderful woman who assisted (I unfortunately didn’t get her name) made a phone call to bring in a seamstress the same day!!! And had it done for me BEFORE the time they estimated for me. I’m so grateful! Thank you again!
The owner seriously worked on miracle on my dress. I had a beautiful black and white gown that was stained with red lipstick all over the white chiffon, and dirt stains all over the bottom!!! I called 2-3 dry cleaners and everyone state no for the same day cleaning for me!
I went into Dynamics cleaners, told them I needed this dress cleaned the same day! I dropped it off at 1pm picked it up at 6pm!!! The front desk receptionist called the owner as he left for the day and closed the machines!! Wow he said we got you! He came in turned on all the machines just for my dress!
