I have a contract with A to Z so twice a year they come out and inspect my air conditioner or furnace. I have confidence in their appraisal and have never felt like they said something was needed that wasn't because basically everything has always been fine! If I need service throughout the year I will be given discounts on parts and labor because I have contract and I like that. I am more than satisfied.
Office staff was very friendly, was easy to schedule appointment. Repair tech (Robert) was very prompt and explained the problem to me, performed the repair, ran the system to make sure it was working properly... he left me with a smile and with air conditioning again! I've been doing business with A to Z for many years and have always been satisfied with their techs and service. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
