BESIDES THE CUSTOMER WHO WAS ABOUT 6ft tall that almost TRAMPLED ME it was a good experience. AFTER ONE OF THE BARBERS SAW THE CUSTOMER DO THAT HE IMMEDIATELY CAME TO GREET AND TOOK ME UPSTAIRS TO MY EYEBROW APPT. THE GIRL ( JULIA OR JULIE) WHO DID MY EYEBROWS WAS NEW PRETTY NEW TO THE INDUSTRY. HOWEVER I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HER WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALSO THE HER SPACE WAS SUPER CLEAN AND THE AMBIANCE GAVE A QUIET LUXURY EXPERIENCE!!!
I had a great experience at 707 Hair Factory. As soon as I walked in everyone was super welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The vibe in the shop is really friendly and you can tell they treat everyone with respect.
The barbers take their time and actually care about getting you right. I left with a clean cut and honestly just felt good about the whole visit. It is not just a haircut it is the way they treat you while you are there. Definitely one of the best spots I have been to and I would recommend it to anyone.
I just tried 707 Hair Factory after switching from my last barber. After getting my haircut I’ve never felt more confident. All the barbers looked skilled and although they were skilled they did not lack good customer service. Everyone made me feel welcome. Will definitely be getting my haircuts from 707 Hair Factory every time now.
