I had been dealing with difficulties flossing as well as gum bleeding in the area of two different fillings I had previously gotten done at another dentist office. Dr. Hendricks quickly identified the issue causing my symptoms on x-ray. The previously fillings I had done were too large and had an overhang into the gap between my teeth. I had been to multiple other dentists who had not diagnosed this issue before. Dr. Hendricks was quickly able to remove the fillings that were causing me problems and replace them with new fillings in the same visit. $12000.00 spent here on braces plus regular appointments over the years for kids and myself. My son misses 1 appointment due to a communication issue which I called and explained to them the same day and they send me a bill for $46.00 for the missed appointment. They have cancelled appointments last minute on me twice in the past, I guess I should have sent them a bill. Just a money grab.Time to move onOffice contacted me and resolved the situation.
This is the best dental office I have ever been in. I was SO impressed with all the new (at least for me) technology they had. For 65 years, I had an unbelieveable fear of dentists & anything dental related. There isn't much that I was scared of more than this. So I put off having anything done for a long time. I was referred here by my granddaughter. She thought I would like them, as they were very friendly, modern and very up-to-date. So I thought I'd give them a try. Upon arrival for my initial appt., I was VERY apprehensive.
