I bought a pair of glasses from them and about 5 months in the hinge broke, still usable though. I bought the warrantee when I purchased them. After about 11 months I returned them for a replacement. The new glasses were different, the original being discontinued, and were much better than the original pair. I'm very satisfied with my glasses and will purchase my next pair from them to.
Stopped in on my lunch break to fill my prescription and get new frames, the staff member I worked with, Paige, was exceptionally friendly, called insurance to verify my authorization, and expedited the entire process for me. I was in and out in 20 minutes and left with what I wanted.
