I went today, 06/02/2023 and my daughter was treated very quickly. The staff was attentive and we were in and our, all needs met. They close at 10pm. I left at 9:18 and reached the pharmacy at 9:28. Well they unfortunately didn’t have that exact medicine and thought it’s best to call the doctor and see about switching antibiotics , otherwise we’d have to wait until Monday to pick up her medicine. We call , 9:35pm. THE PHARMACY WAS ON HOLD FROM 9:40 til 10!!!!!!! No one came back to the line. 10:04 we hung up the phone! The pharmacy and myself were shocked. It’s not like we called right before closing. And the question was a yes or no, literally quick . The pharmacy called 20 minutes before closing. & when I left hope at 9:18, there was no one at all in the waiting room. And they never came back to the phone ! Just said please hold! SHAME! The other pharmacist as well as myself called multiple times during the first pharmacist being placed on hold, and we were told the same thing “hope urgent care please hold” we called back and they started to just answer and hang up . Unprofessional as hell. Really changes my mind about hope! My daughter has a raging headache due to her virus & a fever! I’m not one to complain, yeah we can call in the morning but that was not okay.
