The vets and vet techs are great. Very good with my dog, who recently has become more scared at the vets office. Only thing that can be a bit annoying is the wait time. Usually you are waiting in the waiting room and then exam room for awhile before being seen.
I had a sick kitten who needed immediate attention. I was able to get a same day appointment as a new patient. Staff was very caring, answered all of my questions, clearly explained options, etc. I went in crying and left feeling confident and informed. I'd heard and read great things prior to my visit, and am so thankful they were there! Would absolutely recommend.
They’re so friendly and kind here - it’s evident how much they care about animals. They listen to the humans thoughts, and ask lots of good questions. They also got us in on short notice and scheduled a follow up also on short notice without any complaints.
Their approach is more “let’s rule out the serious/medical problems, then talk behavior”. I have been to vets before that said “it’s just behavior” when it turned out to be more serious. Very much appreciate the staff here.
And I was pleasantly surprised that this and the follow up visit were not going to bankrupt me, so the treatments and options are very reasonable and affordable.
