I am a grandmother of three living alone and I work in an ER an hour and 15 minutes away. Needless to say the vehicle I drive is very important for my survival . When my son John recommended that I purchase my car at Ted's because he got his family vehicle from there and was very satisfied , I took his advice . I am so glad I did because not only do I love my car , when it needed some repairs , the staff , especially Laura , was incredibly helpful. Like most of us I'm experiencing a bit of a struggle financially . From the staff doing the repairs and Laura walking me through the financial process , we were able to come up this a plan of action that I could afford and be comfortable with.
