Prompt and thorough each time my pups have needed them. The docs are up front, hands on, and up to date on the literature. They take the time to explain things well. In short, their service and prices are unequaled throughout western Michigan — it has been such a relief to have a relative refer us to them. We have been underserved and exploited by private practices bought out by corporate entities.

My dogs love this office! We had a bad experience at our last vet's office and the dogs refused to even walk in. There's something inviting about West Michigan Veterinary Service. Everyone's friendly, thorough with their exams, and willing to work with you to get appointments when you really need them.

Carrie came to my house to do a well check on my goat after losing two unexpectedly. She is so kind and gentle and answered so many questions with patience. The ladies in the office, Sue and Alicia, are also so kind when answering the phone and questions. Thank you so much, team!
