This company did my roof in 2021 for over $16,000 for a 40 year roof. They promised me they would do inspections every 2 years. I contacted them to set up this inspection because I see some problems. We set up a time but the guy, who said he was the business owner, never showed up and didn't call to reschedule. I dialed the two numbers that I can find online, neither of them go through. Very concerning.
Company did good work on our roof.Had several issues with contacting them via phones and email after, when trying to pay the balance on our bill, but the owner made it right in the end.The 3 stars is for the hassle we had with the inability to ever contact them, not for the service they provided. I had a great experience with this Excellent roofing. Brian helped me quickly evaluate the roof for some insurance-required repairs, and added on a skylight for a fair price. The two men who did the work were professional. I would recommend them to my friends.
