Excellent people to deal with. Always returned my calls promptly. Very corteous and knowledgeable. They give the feeling that their customers really matter to them. I cannot over state how pleased I am with their professionalism.
I turned on my heat last evening, now that Fall temperatures are dropping, but my Nest thermostat sends me a message that’s the furnace isn’t working. This morning I Google for Heating repair near me, in the White Pigeon area and I find Stears Heating in Constantine. I call at 10:44 AM and tell Amanda of my problem. She says she will call me back to see when someone will come out. At 11:06 AM she calls me back and said how does 11:30 AM work for me. Perfect, so far so good. At 11:27 AM Daniel pulls up. I need to give a shout out to Stears! We called after hours on Tuesday and even got a call back. They were at my house the next morning 2 hours earlier than expected and had my central air unit diagnosed, part replaced, and working in 10-15 minutes tops! Very reasonable pricing. So if you're needing them for any heating or cooling issues, do not hesitate. You won't be sorry.
