We had a great experience with the team who came out to demolish the water damage at our home! Lars, Brayden, Jackson and Conner were all outstanding! They were communicative and timely while also providing detailed information about next steps after the demolition process. I highly recommend John Grace Restoration for water damage restoration
This is the second time I have had to use the services of John Grace. They are very thorough, friendly and professional, they take the time to make sure that we understood how the process works. Even though there have been a couple issues this time I still recommend them. They had to cut into the wall above the downstairs slider. They did a nice job with that but when removing the vertical blinds they laid them over the back of a small couch and quite a few have come off. The attachments are now broken on mistof them which means they are now useless and will leave gaping openings in the blinds when closed. We recently had water in our basement and contacted John-Grace Restoration for help. Michael arrived on time, did a thorough evaluation, and clearly explained where the water was coming from and what steps needed to be taken. Since most of the area was already dry, he even offered to come back right away if/when water appeared again. When he returned, he helped us pinpoint the exact entry point, took detailed photos, and provided information that was extremely helpful for getting foundation repair quotes. Michael was professional, personable, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Highly recommend John-Grace Restoration.
