We had a great experience with the team who came out to demolish the water damage at our home! Lars, Brayden, Jackson and Conner were all outstanding! They were communicative and timely while also providing detailed information about next steps after the demolition process. I highly recommend John Grace Restoration for water damage restoration
This is the second time I have had to use the services of John Grace. They are very thorough, friendly and professional, they take the time to make sure that we understood how the process works. Even though there have been a couple issues this time I still recommend them. They had to cut into the wall above the downstairs slider. They did a nice job with that but when removing the vertical blinds they laid them over the back of a small couch and quite a few have come off. The attachments are now broken on mistof them which means they are now useless and will leave gaping openings in the blinds when closed. The reason John Grace is here is that my dishwasher leaked a small lake in my kitchen. But when they removed the dishwasher they did not cap off the water line. So now that we are washing everything by hand I have a small tub under the sink to catch the bubbles (my husband did tape it off). They did a wonderful job taping off the vinyl planks to keep us from snagging or tripping over them. There are plenty fans and dehumidifiers up and downstairs which, even though are excruciatingly noisy, the house is nice and warm. Even though my gas stove is in the garage and I would be unable to use it this weekend I am tremendously grateful they did remember to cap the gas line. Technically I give them a 5 Star rating (because of the great job the first time I needed them) but will mark 4 Stars for now because if the wrecked blinds and water under the sink This is just the “mitigation” portion. I will keep updates as to how the rest of the project turns out.
