Very great customer service, patient, understanding, helpful...I can't say enough of how pleased I was with everyone I spoke with. They walked me through things I didn't understand and followed up continuously with any questions or concerns that I have. Thank you all so much!

We were having a problem staying connected to a VPN for a very long time. Larry the Computer Guy worked on the issue nonstop until they figured out how to keep the connection. Thank you Major for being so diligent. We won't use anyone else!
