Scarlet and Dr Jones are such sweet people. They know us by name when we come in. Scarlet always asks how everything is going with my job and family. We have 2 dogs and one is a little bit more difficult to deal with but not for them. They always do whatever they can to make it as comfortable as possible each time where in.
Very great staff, I didn't get to take my dog in but I was treated like a regular with lots of help and even reaching out to my old vet to get info! Highly recommend this to new owners.
I’m very pleased with Dr. Jones and his staff, Scarlet. Very caring and knowledgeable. I’m grateful for the kindness they showed toward me and my cat. I’m glad I found them. I would recommend them very highly.
