“First time their. Kind of has the feel of an old time Barber Shop with all the modern amenities. A little pricey and all the extras like mustache and eyebrow trimming add extra cost. But I was happy with the results and will definitely visit them in two months when its time to plow the fields again!“

“In a panic, I brought my son to Ace of Kuts. We had just left another local barber shop with a cut that was not at all what my son was hoping to leave with. He had bangs down past his eyes and was looking for a change. He showed the young man a picture of what he liked, not expecting to leave looking like the the guy in the picture, but just as a general idea. What we left with was a fade in the back and pretty much a bowl cut in the front. I requested a few changes and further suggested a few details, however what he did was clip a little more and then tried to hide his efforts with product and style.
This was only the second time my son has seen an actual barber, I run a small salon as well but my son wanted to see a Male Barber. I watched my son leave looking broken and regretting the cut entirely.
As a momma bear I could not stand to see this. He is an 8th grader and we call all remember what an awful hair cut can do to our self confidence.
I looked up local barbershop on our way home and Ace came up first. They were booked, and regretfully explained they just were not going to be able to fit us in. I'm not sure if the gentleman saw how sad and disappointed my son looked but he then asked what we were looking for, I explained our situation. He told me to hold on a second and talked to one of the guys in the back. T was his name and not only did he take the time to understand the situation, but he fixed it well beyond my sons expectations. His next client was so kind and patient and even gave my son a knuckle up on his fit cut.
Thank you to the gentleman that took the time to recognize that this was more then a kid trying to get a hair cut. You and T saved his middle school career LOL! He was honestly almost in tears when we walked in but left feeling slick and fit!!!
On top of all of that, they would not even take my money. Your kindness is most appreciated ~
