I cannot say enough good things about Kaitlin Kelly, store manager at the commerce location.
My husband and I were in the middle of having new fiber installed when a third-party company, who we thought were directly with AT&T came to our door and convinced us to upgrade our phones and transfer our service from Verizon to AT&T. Unfortunately, we later found out they were not directly with AT&T, and what we had been promised did not align with reality. We were facing an extremely high bill and a very stressful situation.

Joshua did excellent work for me as I got a new iPhone. He showed me an option I hadn’t noticed that saved me a significant amount of money. It’s a pleasure to work with someone who is an expert at his job.
If you're anywhere near this area, come here and avoid the White Lake store. Tricia was awesome, she helped straighten out a mess that the White Lake store created. I had to go back into a store after the corporate AT&T phone service team wasn't able to help. I explained what had happened to Tricia who was able to sort it all out. Honestly, 5++ stars for Tricia.
