Called Sunday morning. My FIL had slid into the ditch in front of his house.
My wife called, and 15 minutes later, a truck was at my FIL's house, helping him out.
The technician was very respectful and also very helpful with advice. So glad that there is still a local company we can call on for towing needs!
Nobody likes having to have their vehicle towed, but sometimes it happens. I have never had a problem with this company they treat your vehicle like it's their own and you with respect. If you're in the area and you're in need of towing service I would definitely give them a try
I locked myself out of my van while it was running after work at my new job. A gentleman in parking lot asked what towing company I use. No other name came to mind but Burgett's Towing. The driver was polite, on time, and understanding. I will always suggest Burgett's Towing and with a fresh batch of family drivers, the name will be passed on with other driving advice.
