“My wife and I were in town for the day and decided we wanted to get pedicures. We called Salon Eiro. Unfortunately they weren't able to fit us into their schedule on such short notice.

What impressed me was what happened next. Instead of simply telling us they were booked, the kind lady who answered the phone put me on hold and went around asking the different nail technicians if they knew of another salon that might be able to accommodate us. She came back with a recommendation, and when we called that salon, they were able to get us in right away.

That level of customer service is rare these days. Even though we didn't end up getting our pedicures there, they went above and beyond to help us. Because of that experience, the next time we're in town, we'll be calling ahead and booking with Salon Eiro. Great people and exceptional customer care!“
