Pro Care Builders is a construction company that completes remodeling and addition projects, such as kitchen updates, sunrooms, and custom ADUs. The contractor is noted for being extremely communicative, responsive, and professional from the very start. He is an excellent advisor and problem-solver who understands a client's vision. The work is described as amazing, top-notch, and done by a perfectionist. The team does exactly what it promises, opting to do things the right way without being asked, including addressing quality issues with materials. They guide design choices and add thoughtful, functional details that enhance a project. Estimates are accurate, and projects come within the expected budget. Clients highly recommend Pro Care Builders for any construction project.
Dave and his team did a two room, bunkroom and sunroom, addition to our home. We couldn't have asked for more, from the initial steps through the finished product. We met with a few contractors and we knew almost immediately that we wanted to work with Dave. His professionalism and knowledge were apparent right from the start. Dave is a an excellent advisor and problem-solver. His work is top-notch and he has the ability to understand your vision and make it happen. He guided our design choices for flooring, woodwork, and other materials. We decided to do built in bunkbeds, which Dave designed. They are perfect. He had siderails made that match the hardware we chose for the doors. He added tongue and grove to the bottom of the top bunks (the "ceiling" of the bottom bunk) to match the ceiling in the rooms, and storage under the bottom bunks. None of those were things we had requested but really added to the look and functionality of the room. This all might make it seem that we spent a fortune but our project came within our expected budget. Dave's estimate was accurate and he was able to accurately project the cost of additions we decided to make along the way. If you are doing a construction project, I highly, highly recommend you use Pro Care.
I can't say enough good things about Dave and his crew. I purchased a home and wanted to update it. Dave contacted me right away. Other contractors took weeks to respond, while some didn't respond at all. Out of all of the contractors I dealt with I can honestly say he's the only one who does exactly what he promises. A contractor that does the right thing without being asked?? He does exist! We hired Dave Gordy of Pro Care Builders to custom build an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) for our farm in SW Michigan. From the very first meeting, Dave was extremely communicative, allowing us the opportunity to share our vision and to collaboratively come up with a plan and budget. When it came time to install our custom doors and windows, Dave noticed quality issues with the materials.
