I've never had a negative experience with Rx Optical inColdwater, Michigan. In fact I have always found them to be very professional, accommodating, and personable. Today, I played Humpty Dumpty while trimming my lawn, and my glasses were torn from my face on my way down. I went to see if I could get them straightened back out, and they were a perfect fit again before I left - at no charge, too! Great people with wonderful skills! Three thumbs up!

Coldwater RX Optical Teresa L. Lawrence PSC went the extra mile to find glass frames at another Office to replace my dad’s broken frames. She called at least 4 stores before she found my dad’s frame style. So kind and caring. Gratitude!!!!

I had appointment last weekend, arrived the lady at the desk informed me I needed a retinol imaging, never said it wasn't covered by my insurance, in fact they really didn't have any information about my insurance what was covered or not. After this I was moved into exam room with very little instruction sit down never was acknowledged by the Dr.Kocemebro.
