Oaklawn Primary Care in Coldwater offers a wonderful and professional experience. The staff is very timely, prompt, and polite, with short wait times and friendly, helpful service. Patients appreciate the thorough, respectful, and knowledgeable providers, including a PA with a great bedside manner who takes time to listen and make suggestions for healthier living. One patient was very pleased with a young man who was gentle, thorough, and personable while removing staples pain-free. The providers are respectful, kind, and confident, and do not have a problem with referrals to specialty physicians when necessary. The building is easy to get to with pleasant surroundings.
The Coldwater office couldn’t find a vein for a blood draw. Went home had a glass of water to hydrate & drove to main hospital in Marshall. There they successfully found a vein & did the blood draw. The hospital was a good experience, the Coldwater office not so much.
My first visit with Oaklawn Primary Care was great! I got seen right away, and Lindsey Everline, FNP-C, was very kind and did a very thorough examination. She spent time making sure all my questions were answered, and with my input developed a plan of care. Coldwater is very fortunate to have her here!
They are always prompt and polite at Oaklawn. I personally see Ms Stahlhood and I couldn’t be more impressed with her knowledge and bedside manner. The staff is friendly and helpful and I could t ask for any more.
