McDaniel Home Inspections is a great business. Lane is super thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to fit us into his schedule in a reasonable time frame and did a great job doing the inspection of our future lake home. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a home.

Obviously no home is perfect and Layne let me know what was critical and what could wait for down the road while I save up. I didn’t even have to take notes. The suggestions he pointed out were in his report so I can follow along as I go!!

Don't buy a home if you haven't had Layne inspect it first! A home purchase is way too big to make without a proper inspections. Layne really know his stuff. You will no regret hiring him!
