Professional wonderful service! My roommate had cracked screen that needed repair. I contacted Wayne from Fincham's Cell Phone Repair. He quickly and promptly answered all questions I had. He got parts ordered, after arrival had me drop the phone off. 1 hour later, phone was fixed and ready for pickup. Yes, screen looks good as new! From the day I contacted to the day fixed was under a week! Just cant believe how fast everything went! He takes many forms of payment, so im sure there is a way that works for you. Wayne was knowledgeable, helpful and generous with his time in helping me transfer my data over from a damaged phone to a new one (he had to repair the old one and my new phone had to arrive in the mail before this could be done). Total success story. My old phone was fixed. My new phone had all the data and apps transferred over. In essentially the exact time frame Wayne estimated for me, and while my old phone was out of commission, he had a loaner phone I was able to use. Two thumbs up. I would give three thumbs up, but Wayne needs a better waiting room, with some reading materials, at his office.
I dropped my phone over the weekend and the screen shattered and was completely unusable. I was worried I would lose access to everything I had on there and I wasn't quite ready to say goodbye to this phone yet so as soon as Monday arrived I contacted Fincham's. He got back with me promptly, gave me an estimate of price and day it would be done and I dropped my phone off a few short hours later.
