Didn't catch her name as it was the end of the day Sunday but they snuck Bob in and did a great job on his short cut. She asked him a bunch of times if the lengths were okay and adjusted where needed. He dont get hair cuts much as he's never happy with the results. She made notes to his account so the next time they will know what kind of length and cut he got last time. He is very happy and already has plans to return.

I am always pleased with my haircut until Tuesday. The young girl took 6 min to hack my hair . Didn't listen to how I wanted it cut just did what she wanted. She has terrible people skills so I go back Thursday to have it fixed and I got stuck w same girl . I was very polite even tho I wasn't happy and she messed it up even worse. 25$ for me to come home and cut it myself to mk it right. She doesn't belong cutting men's hair.
