I can't say enough about Mike, he helped me on the side of I75 when I was truly in a bind. Went beyond to make sure I could safely get back on the road. Glad there are still people like him in this world!
Reliable, Fair Pricing, but most importantly, CLEAR expectations and communication. There's no 'oh... well, you didn't ask about "these" fees' trickery... or strict, limited, inconvenient hours for the retrieval of cars either. I cannot thank Mike enough for his kindness and generosity. Our car broke down, he came in a timely manner and took us back to Novi, Michigan. He knew we were exchanging cars and then heading back up north. He called us shortly afterwards and let us know if we were coming up US 23, that it was closed due to an accident and to avoid the area. Not many people would have done that.
