I hired them for the first time to open our pool over the phone. When they arrived and I was approaching them about cleaning the pool, they said they don’t do that, I froze and he said we can leave right now and you can get someone else……then when they handed me the bill and I said that’s what I used to pay and they cleaned our pool, he said….well you should have called your other guy…..
My fault not asking what they all do and how much…….
Their fault not explaining all they do and how much when I inquired about their service. Even put our winter pool cover away wet and not cleaned!!!!!!!! Very arrogant and unprofessional.

He came out once. Gave an estimate and gave a general time frame when he would be back but never has returned my phone calls.
